Increasing the training volume

Since one of the main causes of injuries is the suddenly training volume increasing, you can take advantage of the graphics on this page to increase your training volume safely. In this method (there are other ones) you will increase your training volume by 10% per week with plateaus each 2 and 3 weeks. Be aware also to don't increase your training volume and intensity at the same time.
